It is with great pleasure that we are able to offer Italy’s finest authentic hand crafted, artisan food products and wines direct from our small farmer producers located in the Umbria region. Umbria, known as the “Green Heart of Italy” because of it’s central location and rolling green hills, borders the regions of Tuscany, Lazio and Abruzzo. We are pleased to offer Teverina Olio di Lugnano, 2011 Harvest Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil direct from our trees & olive oil farming co-op and most recently, selected by Master Chef, Cookbook Author and Award Winning Cooking Teacher Giuliano Hazan. As an active member of our olive oil farming co-op, our blend of olives, Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino are harvested by hand and immediately mechanically (first) cold pressed by the co-op located in Lugnano in Teverina, Umbria, Italy….. After a brief storage, the oil is bottled and canned then imported directly to the US by Buonafide Foods ! In addition, we offer a unique line of Truffle Sauces (For pasta, fish, poultry and beef), White Truffle Oil, Truffle Carpaccio, Whole Seasonal Truffles, Dried Porcini Mushrooms and Specialty Pasta's (Strangozzi, Strongozzi made with Faro, Pappardelle w/egg, Pappardelle Bianche & Straccetti) created by local artisanal producers utilizing traditional "Bronzing" & "Slow Drying" production methods in the heart of Umbria..
