Dry with medium body. Fruits of the forest and hints of spice on the nose. An appealing density and energy. Structured and refined. Dried Black Cherry, ripe fruits with slight bramble accompanying mineral undertones on the palate. Subtle finish.  Serve slightly chilled. Excellent food wine. Pair with grilled meats, sausages, wild game, pork, chicken and pasta's with meat sauce.
