Our olives are immediately taken to our olive oil farming coop and are first cold pressed mechanically. Our antique olive trees are over 100 years old and are located among the rolling hills and ancient fertile valleys above the Tevere (Tiber) River in the "Green Heart of Italy" Umbria. This blend of Frantoio, Moriaolo and Leccino Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil creates a wonderful balance of fresh and earthy harmonious fruit flavor, buttery texture with slight peppery after notes that reflects the land from which they were harvested. Highly Rated Unfiltered Olive Oil with Low acidity. Excellent finishing oil.
